Mucha gente cree que hacen falta carbohidratos para este proceso, esto es simplemente una FALACIA, los carbohidratos puedes ayudarnos con el balance energรฉtico y si los ingerimos con un alto incide glucรฉmico harรกn que se dispare al torrente sanguรญneo muchรญsima mas insulina. A mi juicio, este planteamiento es errรณneo, el cuerpo tiene una capacidad FINITA de generar mรบsculo, no por disparar mรกs la insulina vamos a generar mรกs, si no que se almacenara en forma de grasa el excedente.
